Our revenue is earned via a commission when subsequent sales are transacted. A great way to gain a view of the market via Indirect commission agreements which are available from the majority of WAN service providers and hardware vendors. If no sale is transacted, your business will not be charged for our consultancy work.

When we begin with our discovery process, you’ll be paired with one of our WAN technical account managers. They will guide you through the opportunities and pitfalls relating to SD WAN, MPLS or VPLS and specifically your business environment. We’ll evaluate your strategy, applications, business needs, budget and user flow. Once completed, we'll provide actionable feedback to help you understand the way forward.
If we both agree we’re a good fit, we’ll begin by creating a statement of requirements. One of our technical account managers will perform analysis into your current WAN architecture and how it fits into the rest of your business as the enabler to communications. They’ll create a draft statement of requirement that consists of recommendations, improvements, and opportunities to reach your goals.
Using the knowledge gained from your statement of requirements, we craft an RFP used to approach WAN vendors and providers. The RFP document covers specific areas across technical, process, futures and budget. The approach we use is one of forcing transparency, asking questions that relate to your specific needs against user, application performance, uptime and more.
Once RFP submissions have been evaluated, we typically arrange for loan hardware for your business to asses on site or via webinar / office demonstrations from our SD WAN provider partners. The experience of evaluating how SD WAN responds to real world scenarios helps to gain an understanding of capability. We've recently completed a 5 site trial for Medivet with application failover and security. Meraki are currently offering free 30 or 60 day loan hardware with a half day Sales Engineer workshop.
Requesting pricing can be done throughout the processes which we have outlined prior to this step. However, the trial is also a good time to work on features and requirements as options are identified during the demonstration process as problems and issues are considered resulting in a statement of needs. We understand the need to set budgets and will often provide example pricing up front as required.
