Copper and Infinity offer a tiered level of product capability from an entry level usage based product through to Unlimited usage and Premium with every benefit unlocked.
As ISDN is in decline and will eventually become end of life, the BT Business replacement product is BT Cloud Voice which offers a licence based feature-set, call package and hardware from Yealink and Polycom across their range. Network Union work with a dedicated Cloud specialist enabling us to look at the very latest offers and, subject to application, waive early termination fees for early migration.
Outside of BT Cloud Voice, Business PSTN lines are available including Value, Standard and Critical depending on service level requirements.

Where faster installation is required, EFM provides symmetrical bandwidth across copper wiring. On occasions, Ethernet delivery maybe protracted due to wayleave or fibre installation issues. Where problem exist or fast start is required, EFM is a good choice via the BTNet Express capability. On average, EFM ranges from 5Mbps through to 20Mbp/s although the technology is technically capable of supporting more.

Local Business (BTLB) operate as a franchises covering specific areas of the UK. The LB is also provided with a customer base to manage allowing their sales teams to target. Partner Sales work throughout the UK and Globe (in some instances). We’re not provided with a base of customers though we do work with both existing and new clients.
BT own the contract, support and bill all of our clients. In this sense, buying from the Indirect channel is very much the same contractually as buying directly from the BT sales team. With Wholesale, you’re contracting the actual wholesaler.
If you are an existing BT client, we are able to look at resigning your business into the channel or adding, migrating services. As an example, we work with clients to migrate ISDN services to Cloud Voice.
